This beautiful country house is located about 6 km away from the nearest town, with good access and in a place where you can enjoy nature in tranquility. Located on a plot of about 1000 m2, the farmhouse is surrounded by garden areas and olive trees. Some years ago it is completely reformed and it kept de majority of its features. Thick walls make the house nice and warm in wintertimes and fresh and cool during the summer.
A small unpaved road gives access to the farm, with a parking space for at least three cars.
In front of the house we find a beautiful tipical Andalusianstyle patio, with natural stone floors, covered by vines and there is a barbecue place. From this front patio you access directly into the living room that has a woodstove.

This Hall of the upper floor could easily be divided into two rooms and so the house could have five bedrooms.
The house is surrounded by gardens with a variety of plants, trees and fruit trees.
Next to the house you'll find a large swimming pool of 10x4 meters with Roman stairs, surrounded by a large terrace-solarium with natural stone floors, and a pergola from where you can enjoy one of the best panoramic views to the countryside.
The nearest town, about a 10 minutes drive, offers all kinds of services and shops, such as gas stations, supermarkets, medics, pharmacy, banks, schools, sports center, etc.. The Lake of Iznájar is about 35 minutes, the airport of Málaga on an hour and a half, Granada, the Alhambra and its international airport on an hour and 15 mins.
