This amazing Andalucian cortijo is accessed via a 2km dirt track which is in mostly good condition. The surrounding land belongs to the cortijo and consists of a large plot of olive trees from which the owner accepts an income of 2,200€ a year. This is something the new owner could continue to do and therefore wouldn't have to harvest or sell the olive crop themselves, saving a lot of work!. The water at this cortijo is used just for the house and pool, the current owner doesn’t bother to irrigate the olive trees.
