Description

This unusual village house is in a typical Andalucian style and in a village with excellent access to Malaga airport. The house is only really suitable for holidays or as a holiday rental as we feel the outside space is too long and thin for permanent living. However, if you don’t want a lot of outside space then this house would be perfect. The patio could house a hot tub but not a pool and could be a very pretty space with plants and some paint.
You enter the house straight in to the sitting room and it would make sense to install sliding doors to the patio in this room. It would make the room lighter as well as provide direct access to the patio. On the left is the dining room with fireplace (this could be opened up to make a fireplace that’s accessible from both the dining room and sitting room) plus the kitchen and the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a breakfast bar that separates it from the dining room with some decorative arches completing the look.
The bedrooms are one off the other but you could put in a corridor to separate the two rooms properly and then using what is currently a laundry room (which is accessed from the outside), cut through to install an ensuite. That way each bedroom would have its own bathroom.
There are the usual ameneties in the village but the thing that makes it popular is the quick drive from the airport.
