This traditional Andalucian village house has a lot going for it. Not only is a bargain price for the size but it sits on a large plot with patio and garden and has a garage with a workspace above. The interior of the house is pretty untouched but not in bad condition and there are some walls which could be removed to make more spacious rooms. Also patio doors could be installed in the sitting room to directly access the covered terrace and garden.

There are many character features still in this house from when it was a traditional Andalusian farmhouse. Upstairs you’ll find beamed ceilings and stone storage bins along with stone shelves which used to be used for almond storage.
There are three bedrooms on the top floor and one of those rooms is accessed through another bedroom but putting in a hallway between would be easy enough. Also, there are three more rooms on the garden side of the house which could either become a large roof terrace if you removed that section of roof or if you raised the roof height could be three more bedrooms or en-suite bathrooms for the bedrooms at the front side of the house.
Yes, there are things to do to this house to modernise it but it is excellent value and the new owners would end up with a very nice, large but traditional house with plenty of character and charm.
